Miniature tension compression force sensor FLRA is made from stainless steel and offers M4 / M5 / M6 / M8 / M10 five mounting options. Internal threaded load cell FLRA is available in 100N / 200N / 500N / 1kN / 2kN / 5kN / 10kN seven rated capacities for bidirectional force measurement and it can be customized according to customer requirements.

Instruction of load cell output:

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Rod End Load Cell FLRA is around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Rod End Force Sesnor FLRA is within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Female Threaded Load Cell FLRA is normally within -18mV...+18mV for pull and push force measurement.
Example: Internal threaded rod end load cell FLRA-500N with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC, the output range is -15mV...+15mV.

A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: Compression And Tension Load Cell FLRA-2kN working with -10-10V amplifier, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-2000N push force VS 0-10V output, 0-2000N pull force VS 0-(-10V) output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error.
