Smallest S-beam Force Sensor FSSQ offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, and five capacity ranges 10N / 20N / 50N / 100N / 200N to choose from.The jr s-beam load cell FSSQ utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum 0.2% non-linearity of the rated output,the compact design enables the FSSQ to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.The micro force sensor features M2 threaded holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or implements for both tension and compression force measurement in applications with limited space.In addition to our standard product portfolio,Forsentek is also capable of and willing to customize load cell force sensor according to clients' specific requirements.

A force sensor is a device which produces an output signal proportional to the applied force.The output range of smallest load cell FSSQ is normally within -25mV...+25mV,
Example one: Smallest Force Sensor FSSQ-50N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
Example two: Smallest Force Transducer FSSQ-100N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -20mV...+20mV.
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example one: Miniature Tension Compression Load Cell FSSQ-200N working with amplifier FSC(-5-5V)-24V,the force-voltage relationship will be 0-200N compression force VS 0-5V output, 0-200N tension force VS 0-(-5V) output.
Example two: Micro Push Pull Force Sensor FSSQ-50N working with amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V,the force-current relationship will be 0-50N compression force VS 12-20mA output,0-50N tension force VS 12-4mA output.
