Micro Torque Sensor FYAH is intended for rotating torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Miniature Rotary Torque Transducer FYAH offers 0-1NM / 0-2NM / 0-3N-m / 0-5N*m four rated measuring ranges to choose from, micro torquemeter FYAH should be mounted between motor and load through couplings, the housing remains still during measurement while the shaft will rotate along with motor shaft. Custom made service is available for other measuring ranges with similar structure. Compact structure makes transducer FYAH especially suitable for torque measurement applications with limited mounting space. Model FYAH can be modified or customized as per client's request.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.There are two types of torque sensors,reaction torque sensor and rotary torque sensor,model FYAH is a rotary type torque transducer intended for rotating torque measurement.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of FYAH is normally within -15mV...+15mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.
