High Capacity Flange Type Reaction Torque Transducer FT03 is made of high stiffness alloy steel based on strain gauge technology,torque transducer FT03 delivers mV/V signal from wheatstone bridge bonded on a specially machined body. Flange to flange design makes it easy to mount FT03 to existing strutures. High capacity reaction torque sensor FT03 is available in a very wide measuring range from 200NM up to 100kNm,you may find torque load cell FT03 suitable for applications such as motor torque measurement, test bench applications, screw driver calibration, fatigue testing, twist measurement, motor dynamometers, actuator test as so on. Flange torque transducer FT03 can be modified or customized to meet requirements of different applications.

A Reaction Torque Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of FT03 is normally within -25mV...+25mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.Taking FT03-10kN*m and FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example,the torque-voltage relationship will be 0-10kNm in CW direction VS 0-10V output, 0-10kN*m in CCW direction VS 0-(-10V) output.
